Calling all Legionnaires, Auxiliary members, Sons of The American Legion and Legion Riders! It is time to gear up for our biggest gathering of the year. Expect an inspiring lineup of guest speakers, critical committee meetings, and unforgettable camaraderie.

Please be prepared to provide identification information upon registration for base access to Gowen Field IF you do not currently hold valid department of defense access (such as a CaC)

You MUST have a STAR card or passport for access

Menu: Lunch Friday -Taco Bar
Lunch Saturday - potato bar
Dinner Friday - pizza
Commanders Banquet - chicken and tri-tip, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, dinner rolls and mixed desert. Buffet style
A full service bar is available for most eating events.
Please Note ** Each Meal Cost will cost $5 additional PER MEAL if you do not pre-register for the meal selections. **

Please see links below to make your reservations for the Dept Convention 9-12 July 2026. This is the same hotel where we held our Mid-Winter Conference. We have 20 rooms at the Holiday Inn; 20 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel right next door. All reservations must be made by June 9th or they will turn the rooms back out to the public.
